Monday Marketing: Go Green!

Every Monday I will try to post an idea or tip for marketing your small business.  Here is one for today!

gogreenGo Green!

Do what you can to be environmentally-friendly.  More and more people today are looking for products and services that come from business who practice eco-friendly techniques.  Maybe this just means starting with some little things, like making more of an effort to recycle paper and other waste in your office environment.  Maybe you could even replace some of your products with recycled or organic products.  Once your company makes the switch, then you can advertise yourself as being more environmentally aware.  It could be something that sets you apart from your competitors.  It definitely couldn’t hurt.

Exploit every article you create by embedding a seductive opt-in form inside your signature box. Add a high perceived value bribe and begin creating a large subsciber lists to market to on an ongoing basis.

I have looked at eco-friendly alternatives, so far I have installed solar panels on my home but while looking for a electric car I find the cost doesnt justify it for me. While I am passionate about making green choices whenever possible it is up to people like you and I to spread awareness and let the companies know there is a demand. Your website looks popular and I think you can help influence society with your insight and eco tips. by the way I found your site by searching Monday Marketing: Go Green! | James Dudley and you were the first result. So I think your website is a good platform to discuss ideas that are thought provoking and influence your readers to go green. – Good luck with your site, you deserve it – Bill
